Our inspectors at Briar Rose Home Inspections LLC are Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® trained by InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, which is the world's largest nonprofit association providing education, training, and certification for residential and commercial property inspectors (www.NACHI.org).
To maintain their membership in good standing, all InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® are required to pass an Inspector Exam, follow comprehensive Residential Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and complete accredited Continuing Education courses each year.
Before becoming certified, our inspectors, completed rigorous inspection courses covering both interior and exterior aspects of homes, including common and major areas of concern for homebuyers like the foundation, heating and cooling, roof, plumbing, and electrical systems. With the Honor Guarantee, InterNACHI® will cover up to $25,000 (USD; maximum collective aggregate) for the replacement cost of personal property lost during an inspection, provided it was stolen by an InterNACHI®-certified member who was convicted of or pleaded guilty (or no contest) to any criminal charge related to taking the client's personal property. This coverage applies to incidents where the property is not recovered, restituted, or insured, similar to Pre-Purchase Home Inspection and Professional House Inspection services.
If necessary, any action against InterNACHI® regarding this Honor Guarantee will be exclusively handled in the District Court of Boulder County, Colorado. Rest assured, the Honor Guarantee is valid and applicable throughout the United States and Canada, ensuring your trust and satisfaction during your home inspection experience here.

The Guarantee applies to your primary residence only.

The home must be listed for sale with a licensed real estate agent.

The Guarantee may be honored for up to 90 days after closing.

The inspection must be performed by an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector® already participating in the Buy-Back Program.
